3-Month Immersion

In the pause between what you feel and what you speak, there’s power. I help you find it.This is a fantastic opportunity for us to work together and delve into your Design and inner depths to discover what you may or may not already know about yourself.This will be a space where discomfort becomes sacred, and tension becomes transformation.In our sessions, you will:Begin to know yourself on a deeper level.Acknowledge burnout and/or overwhelm.Address any discomfort or tension you hold in your body.Uncover blocks and limitations that have formed throughout your life through and choose to either keep them or let them go.Come to observe and honor your flow. Do you need rest, or do you need to speed up?Gain clarity and align with your Highest Self, your Brilliance and the Divine Source.Find joy and meaning in your life and in your work.Guiding sessions are conducted via Zoom and/or phone three weeks out of the month.We will have deep conversations, use energy therapy and various coaching techniques and Flower Essences.We will also look at your Human Design chart and follow whatever pops for you!You will also have the option to communicate with me via Signal, text, or email—whichever you prefer.My work is not about quick fixes or surface positivity. It’s about leaning into the tension between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming, so your true self can emerge—clear, empowered, and emotionally free.

Please make yourself a priority as there's only one You in the lifetime on this planet!If we decide to work together after our initial 30-minute call, I will send you a client intake form via Google Forms that will need to be completed prior to your session.I do NOT offer Refunds.
It’s either a Yes or No.Once I’ve received your payment, we will schedule all sessions in advance and get ready for an incredible journey together!I do offer payment plans to meet your needs. If a payment plan is needed, we can discuss further at time of scheduling.I accept Venmo, cash and credit cards via Stripe.I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
(Extreme Emergencies do not apply)I will be seeing people for in-person energy session until September 2025. If the 48-hour cancellation policy is not honored, you will be charged for the full session.Please make all cancellations by phone call or text.If you are late to your appointment, that time will be deducted from your session.For in-person sessions:If you have a medical exam/procedure or vaccine, please schedule for an in-person session 3 days after.

I've also worked professionally with some incredible practitioners, coaches and teachers. I love the work that I do, and I am so Grateful for the trust and support that surrounds me.Life gets fucking messy sometimes - nothing is perfect. We all have wounding and recalibrating that needs to be done as we advance into new levels and create a new movie. There are times when I do not want to show up for myself, deep work or even life.Currently, I am choosing to move through life with of trust (nope not easy) instead of force. I journal daily, move my body, do mirror work and scream Fuck loudly when needed and add more play to my life!
