Human Design

Having your Human Design information available before any coaching or energy therapy is extremely helpful. This work has empowered many of my clients as they’ve discovered their Design, begin to honor the gifts and shadow within the chart and trust the wisdom they hold within.

What is Human Design?

Human Design is a system that blends astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, and the chakras to create a unique blueprint for understanding yourself and your life’s purpose. It provides insight into your personality, strengths, decision-making process, and how you interact with others. Based on your birth data, Human Design creates what’s called a BodyGraph chart which reveals your defined and undefined energy centers, gates and channels. This information can be tremendously helpful as you begin to align with your true nature and sustain that alignment. It's a tool for self-discovery and personal growth, offering practical guidance on how to navigate life authentically.You will need to reach out to me directly if you are interested in a detailed reading within the scope of my knowledge.

Coaching

Coaching is a form of guidance that helps you connect with your beliefs, inner truth and wisdom to achieve personal growth and fulfillment. This guidance is incredibly powerful when combining Human Design, traditional coaching methods that focus on goal-setting and practical solutions, as well as spiritual coaching to delve into deep questions of purpose, meaning and values.During our work together you will start to create a life you truly desire through a variety of techniques and energy maintenance tools. These practices will allow you to overcome obstacles, show up for you and be in full alignment with your authentic self and the Light.This relationship is based on trust and safety, and this is why a complimentary 30-minute phone or Zoom call is required to decide if we are a good fit for one another.

This session is focused and blended using Human Design, Polarity Therapy, Manual Therapy, Channeled Work and Access Bars to support you as you clear out old thought forms and vibrations, correct and align the energy pathways and connect you to your Heart and Divine Wisdom within.

What is Polarity Therapy?

Polarity Therapy is a holistic healing practice that combines bodywork, energy balancing, nutrition, and exercise to restore the body's natural energy flow. It is based on the idea that health is determined by the balance of energy currents in the body, and blockages or imbalances in these currents can lead to physical and emotional issues.Polarity Therapy is very gentle and involves stretching, manual therapy, along with guiding/counseling and dietary recommendations, to realign the energy pathways. The goal is to promote overall well-being by harmonizing the body's energy systems.

This work is wonderful for changing your paradigm, connecting deep into your core as well as your Heart.Access Consciousness Bars™ is a therapeutic technique that involves gently touching 32 specific points on the head. These points are believed to store the electromagnetic components of our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.
