This session is focused and blended using Human Design, Polarity Therapy, Manual Therapy, Channeled Work and Access Bars to support you as you clear out old thought forms and vibrations, correct and align the energy pathways and connect you to your Heart and Divine Wisdom within.

What is Polarity Therapy?

Polarity Therapy is a holistic healing practice that combines bodywork, energy balancing, nutrition, and exercise to restore the body's natural energy flow. It is based on the idea that health is determined by the balance of energy currents in the body, and blockages or imbalances in these currents can lead to physical and emotional issues.Polarity Therapy is very gentle and involves stretching, manual therapy, along with guiding/counseling and dietary recommendations, to realign the energy pathways. The goal is to promote overall well-being by harmonizing the body's energy systems.

It’s either a Solid Yes or a Solid No!Once I’ve received your payment, we will schedule all sessions in advance and get ready for an incredible journey together!I do offer payment plans to meet your needs. If a payment plan is needed, we can discuss further at time of scheduling.I accept Venmo, checks, cash, and credit cards via Stripe.I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

We all have wounding and recalibrating that needs to be done as we advance into new levels and create a new movie.
